Job summary

RTX is seeking a Global Total Rewards leader to drive the strategy and programs across business units. You will influence HR Partners and senior leaders and partner with Talent Acquisition on competitive offers for external talent.

Responsibilities include data-driven analysis for merit, internal equity, and external market competitiveness; and leading high-visibility projects with broad impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• MS Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, large data set analysis.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Storytelling with data analytics and link to business programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Execution of Global Total Rewards Strategy and Programs within assigned Business Unit and teams.
• Builds critical relationships and influences HR Business Partners and Leaders at all levels on Total Rewards matters.
• Collaborates with HRBPs to determine compensation solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Provides consultation to Talent Acquisition on constructing competitive offers for external talent.
• Assists in administering and communicating key global processes for assigned business units and teams.
• Global Total Rewards reporting and data analysis; conducts analysis and provides insights on merit planning, equity, and market competitiveness.
• Leads and participates in high-visibility projects with broad impact.
• Understands business and specific market conditions.
• Daily work blends tactical vs. strategic support for the business.
