Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Vice President, Total Rewards to steer its global compensation and benefits strategy from the CHRO’s office. This senior role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires leading an internal team and coordinating with external partners.

You’ll shape the Employee Value Proposition, oversee annual data collection, market analyses, and executive compensation discussions while ensuring global compliance and competitive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Master’s degree highly preferred.
• CEBS and/or CCP certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation and benefits programs and strategy.
• Develop and implement total rewards roadmaps and communications.
• Collaborate with CHRO, CEO, CFO and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective incentive design.
• Manage a team and coordinate with external vendors.
