Job summary

GHX seeks an Executive Director, Total Rewards to lead the enterprise-wide total rewards philosophy, strategy, and governance. You will partner with CHRO and executive leadership to guide pay, benefits, wellbeing, systems, and payroll across a global organization.

You will translate business strategy into programs, influence Board materials, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, including 8+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience owning total rewards strategy at enterprise/executive level with board exposure.
• Deep knowledge of compensation governance, equity administration, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise total rewards philosophy, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with CEO, CFO and Finance to align total rewards with financial strategy.
• Direct annual compensation planning cycles and equity processes enterprise-wide.
• Direct payroll governance across jurisdictions and vendor relations.
• Drive data analytics, benchmarking, and decision support for executive compensation.
