Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards.
- Proven experience presenting to and influencing Compensation Committees.
- Strong knowledge of CD&A development and corporate governance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and governance of executive compensation programs.
- Develop global Total Rewards strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Partner with HR to integrate rewards with performance management.
