You will partner with the CHRO, executive leadership, and the Board to ensure rewards are market-competitive, financially disciplined, and aligned with business performance. The role requires 15+ years in Total Rewards leadership, with deep expertise in executive compensation, benefits design, and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-level compensation and benefits strategies.
• Experience with executive compensation and Board/Compensation Committee engagement.
• Strong financial acumen and cost discipline in rewards decisions.
• Ability to translate data and market trends into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading large, matrixed organizations and transformation efforts.

• Develops and leads a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals and financial objectives.
• Establishes rewards philosophy balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, pay-for-performance, and employee experience.
• Advises CHRO and executives on compensation decisions and market trends.
• Oversees executive compensation strategy, annual and long-term incentive programs, and governance.
