Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Director of Global Benefits & Compensation to lead strategic and operational efforts across global rewards programs. You will partner with senior HR leaders to shape pay-for-performance, ensure competitive, compliant rewards, and drive standardized processes with the flexibility to meet regional needs.

In a matrixed global environment, you will influence regional teams, manage executive-level decisions, and guide change management while mentoring a global rewards

Qualifications

• 10+ years global compensation and benefits experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
• 3+ years pay-for-performance program management and design.
• 3+ years designing, implementing, and managing benefits strategies in a self-funded environment with vendor oversight.
• 2+ years supporting executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Shape, refine, and operationalize global benefits and compensation programs.
• Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with pay-for-performance philosophy.
• Collaborate with regional rewards teams to evaluate plan design and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and guide global processes including annual compensation cycles and vendor transitions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in plan design and employee experience.
• Lead and develop a global team of compensation and benefits professionals.
