Job summary

GA Telesis, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Compensation & Benefits to lead the global compensation, payroll, and employee benefits programs. Based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL, this role will drive strategy, governance, and administration across the organization, including self-insured medical plans and sales incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or senior program ownership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing a self-insured/self-funded medical plan.
• Experience developing and managing salary structures, job architecture, pay grades/pay bands, and market pricing methodologies.
• Experience with global compensation programs across multiple countries.
• Experience designing or administering global sales incentive/commission plans.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic program design with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop global compensation strategy and philosophy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain global job architecture, salary structures, and pay bands.
• Lead annual compensation planning with merit increases, promotions, and incentives.
• Design and administer sales incentive programs with governance and measurement.
• Oversee self-insured medical plan, including budgeting, stop‑loss, and vendor management.
• Provide benefits strategy for U.S. and international populations and manage program renewals.
• Lead governance, compliance, and risk related to compensation and benefits.
• Partner with Finance and executives on budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Educate leaders on pay bands, incentive plans, and total rewards practices.
