Job summary

RTI Health Solutions is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Director, Global Total Rewards to shape how RTI attracts, rewards, and supports talent worldwide. You will set the direction for global compensation, executive compensation, benefits, and leave and disability programs, while strengthening governance, financial stewardship, and the employee experience.

Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will advise executive leaders and governance bodies, drive modernization of Total Rewards through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field with 15+ years of directly related experience.
• Leadership in compensation and benefits, including executive compensation.
• Deep knowledge of US and international compensation practices.
• Strong communication, analytical and project leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing external consultants, brokers, and vendors.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a cohesive global Total Rewards strategy aligned with RTI’s mission and priorities.
• Design, implement, and govern global compensation programs and executive pay.
• Direct strategy for health and welfare, retirement, leave, and disability programs.
• Provide Total Rewards leadership for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost analysis for Total Rewards.
• Maintain governance, controls, and risk management across compensation, benefits, leave, and compliance.
• Modernize Total Rewards with analytics, clear communications, and scalable processes.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Total Rewards team.
