Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Global Total Rewards (14-Month Contract) to shape enterprise-wide compensation, equity and benefits strategy for talent attraction and retention across a global organization.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with executive leadership, and guide governance, market analysis, and data-driven recommendations for senior stakeholders and the Board.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in global Total Rewards programs incl. compensation, equity and benefits.
• Experience guiding Total Rewards strategy through growth and IPO prep.
• Advisory experience with executives and Boards, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of equity strategy and governance, including grant programs.
• Experience building job architecture and pay equity across multiple markets.
• Proficient in leading HRIS and compensation technology implementations.
• Familiarity with AI and analytics to enhance Total Rewards insights and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Total Rewards strategy to attract and retain talent across critical areas.
• Coach and develop a global team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Strengthen governance and data integrity for scalable Total Rewards programs.
• Define the future technology ecosystem for Total Rewards, optimizing platforms and AI use.
• Partner with leadership on executive compensation strategy and market analysis.
• Oversee equity strategy and global compensation programs, ensuring pay equity initiatives.
• Set strategic direction for benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs supporting international growth.
