Kpler is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the delivery of its global compensation and benefits programmes. You will take day-to-day ownership of key activities and collaborate with Head of Compensation & Benefits, People Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll and external providers.

This role focuses on benchmarking, salary analysis, annual reward cycles and market research to ensure rewards remain competitive and well-governed across our global locations.

• The Total Rewards Analyst supports the delivery of Kpler’s global compensation and benefits programmes, combining strong analytical capability with hands-on benefits management.
