Job summary

HDR is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead data center programs, guiding them from upfront planning and pre-design through detail design, construction support and commissioning. This role focuses on client development, delivery excellence, and expanding HDR’s reach in Tech, Media and Telecom markets.

You will manage multi-disciplinary design teams, leverage PMO practices, monitor budget and schedule, and mentor staff while traveling to client sites and HDR offices to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Program management experience with capital value thresholds as stated in requirements.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech, media & telecom programs with technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Direct and monitor all aspects of program execution and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HDR and subconsultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
