Job summary

HDR is seeking a highly experienced TMT Program Manager to lead data center programs from concept through commissioning. You will manage multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure delivery on schedule, budget, and quality across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Program management experience with capital value requirements and client delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage multi-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech, media & telecom (TMT) programs with technical complexity.
• Advise clients on program scope, cost, and regulatory aspects to ensure project success.
• Direct program execution plans, governance, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with HDR and subconsultants to deliver high-quality results.
• Monitor performance, risks, and financial metrics to meet earnings targets.
