Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team. You will guide time tracking configurations and scheduling workstreams on global Workday implementations, aligning with client finance and HR goals.

You will manage small on/off-shore teams, shape project plans, mitigate risks, and advise clients on industry best practices while delivering robust Workday solutions and essential regulatory reporting support.

Qualifikationen

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years consulting experience, senior or similar role.
• 3+ years Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• 1 year Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work exp).

Aufgaben

• Lead or support Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on and offshore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesion across streams.
• Advise clients on industry standards and best practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
• Support innovation through new industry leading methods and assets.
