This role requires deep technical expertise, seasoned leadership, and the ability to manage cross‑regional teams while aligning with Oracle portfolio governance and service delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum 10+ years senior‑level IFM hard service delivery management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, multi‑site regional technical operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planning.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third‑party service providers.
• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global engineering operations across regions.
• Lead MEP and critical infrastructure teams and ensure safety and compliance.
• Drive KPI performance and service quality through governance frameworks.
• Develop training and governance records; report monthly/quarterly performance.
