Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Technical Services Operations Lead to oversee regional engineering teams and ensure operational excellence across the Oracle portfolio. The role blends deep technical expertise with strategic operational management to meet KPIs and service standards.

You will manage 24/7 on-site coverage, develop training programs, and drive governance reporting while aligning with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field.
• 10+ years senior-level IFM hard service delivery management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale multi-site technical operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management and lifecycle planning.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding SLAs and KPI targets.
• Deep knowledge of MEP, building automation, critical infrastructure and life safety systems.
• Strong understanding of CMMS platforms and facilities management technology systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations and building codes across jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering operations across Americas, EMEA, LAD, and JAPAC regions.
• Oversee Building and Technical Services teams for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and critical infra systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety and training programs across regions.
• Support 24/7 on-site coverage and emergency response procedures.
• Drive Core KPI targets and report performance through governance framework.
• Maintain expertise in building infrastructure systems and proper commissioning of MEP systems.
• Propose technology upgrades with ROI analysis and business case justification.
• Develop and maintain employee training programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports and participate in business reviews.
