Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Technical Services Operations Lead to oversee regional engineering teams and drive performance against KPIs and service delivery standards. The role emphasizes technical excellence in MEP systems, safety compliance, and cross-regional leadership.

Based in a flexible location with hybrid options, the position requires strong program management, vendor coordination, and a proven track record in large-scale facilities operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• 10+ years senior-level IFM hard service delivery management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site regional technical operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planning.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding service level agreements and KPI targets.
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, building automation, critical infrastructure, and life safety systems.
• Strong understanding of CMMS platforms and facilities management technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global engineering teams worldwide, ensuring operational excellence and KPI alignment with Oracle contract requirements.
• Manage Building and Technical Services teams responsible for MEP and critical infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and regulatory requirements; maintain training programs.
• Support 24/7 on-site coverage and emergency response procedures across regions.
• Develop monthly/quarterly performance reports and governance through KPI dashboards.
• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams across diverse geographies.
