Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Technical Services Operations Lead to oversee regional engineering teams and ensure operational excellence across the Oracle portfolio. The role demands deep technical expertise, regional leadership, and strong KPI-driven management.

The position requires 10+ years in IFM hard service delivery, a mechanical/electrical engineering background, and experience guiding multi-site operations. Hybrid work is possible, with travel and a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) required.
• 10+ years senior-level IFM hard service delivery management experience required.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site regional technical operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and life cycle planning.
• Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global engineering operations across Americas, EMEA, LAD, and JAPAC regions for Oracle portfolio.
• Oversee Building and Technical Services teams responsible for MEP and critical infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety requirements; manage training programs.
• Support 24/7 on-site coverage and emergency response procedures across regions.
• Drive KPI performance, governance reporting, and root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and keep documentation up-to-date.
