Job summary

JLL seeks a Global Technical Services Operations Lead to oversee regional engineering teams worldwide, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Oracle contract requirements. The role focuses on managing MEP and critical infrastructure, driving KPI performance, and ensuring safety, compliance, and training across diverse geographies.

Remote/hybrid options available with travel. Estimated base salary range is $133,100 - $199,300, with competitive benefits and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years senior-level facilities/integrated FM delivery management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and lifecycle planning.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Strong KPI/sla achievement and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global engineering operations across Americas, EMEA, LAD, and JAPAC.
• Manage Building/Technical Services teams for MEP and critical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and training programs.
• Support 24/7 on-site coverage and emergency response procedures.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly governance KPIs and performance reports.
• Lead training initiatives and align with Oracle processes and policies.
