Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive strategic programs across a portfolio of building operations. You will oversee engineering staff, repair and maintain facilities, and align maintenance practices with corporate standards.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and the implementation of energy and EHS programs while coordinating with security, data, and service centers. Remote-ready with national scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years supervising multi-building operations
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and collaborative management style

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering staff to build a high-performing team
• Oversee building operations and integrated facilities management
• Develop and maintain strategic plans for engineering
• Manage service center, security, data management, and EHS teams
• Identify and mitigate facility risks
• Implement and manage CMMS
• Oversee energy management program development
