Job summary
TRG TECH RESEARCH GROUP Limited is seeking a Growth Architect to scale our global Talent Acquisition operation from 100 to 200+ hires in the next 12 months. You will design, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies, lead a high-performing TA team, and partner with leadership to translate business needs into hiring priorities.
You will drive data-driven recruiting, build dashboards and KPIs, and recruit for AI, cyber, and defense roles across international time zones, shaping our employer
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruiting globally with track record in high-tech or deep-tech domains.
- 2+ years leading a team, with coaching and mentoring experience.
- Experience in hyper-growth environments and scaling processes quickly.
Responsibilities
- Scale the global TA team from 100 to 200+ hires in 12 months.
- Design, implement, and optimize talent acquisition strategy and execution.
- Lead and mentor the internal TA team to high performance.
- Incorporate AI tools to speed sourcing, tracking, and insights.
- Partner with leaders to translate business needs into hiring priorities.
- Drive data-driven decisions with dashboards and KPIs for recruitment lifecycle.
