Job summary

Hadley Designs seeks a Head of Global Talent Acquisition to build scalable talent systems and drive growth as the company scales toward $100M in revenue. This leadership role oversees recruiting pipelines, onboarding, and contractor-centric operations in a remote-first environment.

You will partner with executives to design a scalable talent engine, own end-to-end hiring across functions, and implement data-driven processes that protect brand while expanding global hiring efforts.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or e-commerce.
• Experience hiring across marketing, ops, product, and leadership roles.
• Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for global roles and build scalable processes.
• Manage test projects, group interviews, and candidate experience.
• Develop and report on hiring metrics and funnel performance.
• Protect employer brand and manage Glassdoor reputation.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and onboarding.
