ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Technical Talent Lead to own hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Growth worldwide. You will partner with senior leaders to build cohesive hiring standards, plan capacity, and drive fast, high-quality hires across markets while maintaining global consistency and a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading Talent at hypergrowth stage (3x+ growth) and delivering hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions.
• Ability to earn trust with senior engineering, growth, product, design, and research leaders and provide strategic talent guidance.
• Experience translating changing business priorities into credible hiring forecasts and capacity plans.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach Talent leaders and maintain a high hiring bar at scale.
