Amazon is seeking a high-caliber Principal Business Development to own end-to-end technology partnerships, IP licensing, and acquisitions within its WWEI organization. Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups.
• Experience working with executive leadership in large organizations.
• Deep technical knowledge in Robotics, AI, or Autonomous Systems.
• MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deals: technology partnerships, IP licensing, and acquisitions.
• Build business cases and align legal, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
• Negotiate with technical partners who think in product terms.
• Advise senior leadership on deal quality, risk, and strategic fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, targets, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business models and opportunities with independent judgment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnerships.
