Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in executive search and talent advisory.
• Experience hiring VP+ or C-suite executives.
• 5+ years in technology sector recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Define and acquire senior technical talent with leadership scope.
• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle.
• Develop insights on leadership fit and compensation strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring partners to align hiring outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to address attrition and growth needs.
