Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Staff Team Member Relations Partner to provide strategic guidance to managers on complex team member relations matters across our global organization. You will lead sensitive investigations, coach leaders, and partner with Legal and People Business Partners to develop scalable solutions that reduce organizational risk while improving the team member experience.

This is a staff-level individual contributor role reporting to the Team Member Relations

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex, multi-party workplace investigations.
• Solid knowledge of US employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC).
• Experience in global or multi-jurisdiction organizations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; defensible investigation reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead sensitive investigations from intake to resolution.
• Coach leaders on complex employee relations matters.
• Build proactive programs to prevent workplace concerns.
• Partner with Legal and People Business Partners to align on approaches.
• Shape and revise policies as the company scales.
• Analyze case trends to inform scalable programs and risk strategies.
• Lead organization-wide initiatives and gather feedback.
• Support global governance by interpreting employment laws across jurisdictions.
