Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in employee relations or related roles.
• Experience in high-growth tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional partners through complex or high-risk employee situations.
• Shape responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools within ER while maintaining confidentiality and safeguards.
• Build scalable tools and frameworks to strengthen ER support across the company.
• Translate recurring ER challenges into scalable guidance, practices, and resources.
• Collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and leadership to ensure alignment on people decisions and policy implementation.
• Navigate ambiguity with proactive, calm, creative thinking to move toward resolution.
