Job summary

WD is seeking a senior Employee Relations leader to guide US and EMEA matters across a global supply of diverse employees. You will advise managers, investigate complex cases, and partner with HR and Legal to shape a respectful workplace culture.

You will also lead labor relations initiatives, develop scalable ER programs, and provide data-driven insights to improve outcomes while ensuring compliance with regional laws and company policy.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in US and EMEA employment laws and cross-border employee relations practices.
  • 8+ years of progressive Employee Relations experience in a multinational setting, including US and EMEA populations.
  • Experience with labor councils, employee representation bodies, or collective consultation processes.
  • Strong judgment in assessing employee matters and impactful coaching for managers.
  • Familiarity with HR case management systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex ER cases including misconduct, grievances, performance management, and policy violations.
  • Conduct and support workplace investigations with factual findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead regional union and labor relations activities and support negotiations and consultations.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, and employee communication.
  • Develop scalable ER programs and drive continuous improvement in employee experience.
