Job summary

EY is a global professional services firm seeking a Talent Program Manager to lead strategic Talent transformation initiatives, shaping scope, benefits, governance and delivery outcomes across geographies and functions. You will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure measurable value and a high-quality employee experience.

You'll drive cross-functional workstreams, manage budgets and risks, and coach teams while advancing Talent processes, data, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Senior-level project, program or portfolio management certification would be an advantage (PMP, PgMP, Prince2, Lean or Six Sigma).
• Professional HR or People certification would be an advantage (SHRM-SCP, CIPD).
• Flexible approach to working globally and across time zones; occasional international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and advise on scope and delivery for HR transformation projects.
• Develop business cases, benefits, project plans and governance materials.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-geography teams on global HR projects to deliver outcomes across multiple workstreams.
• Apply project management disciplines including RAID, budget oversight, status reporting and governance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to secure alignment and drive adoption of program outcomes.
• Create executive-ready materials and concise communications.
• Drive continuous improvement in Talent program delivery methods and tools.
• Coach and develop team members and manage knowledge sharing across the team.
• Build trusted relationships with EY and strategic partners for global execution.
• Manage budgets, dependencies, risks, issues and benefits realization.
