Job summary

Guardian seeks a Talent Transformation Consultant to act as a strategic talent advisor to designated Lines of Business. You will anticipate business needs, design and implement talent solutions, and shape enterprise talent programs that empower leaders to build high-performing teams.

You will influence senior stakeholders and apply mastery-level expertise to solve complex talent challenges with broad business impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in talent, OE, HR business partnership, or consulting.
• Experience partnering with HR and business teams to drive talent initiatives.
• Anticipate business challenges and propose process improvements.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Lead through influence and drive adoption of new talent practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LOB HR Talent Leaders to identify and scope talent needs.
• Conduct talent assessments and strategic workforce planning.
• Implement enterprise talent programs tailored to LOB culture and context.
• Develop outcomes and success metrics for talent initiatives.
• Anticipate talent trends and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
• Lead change management and guide leaders through adoption of new practices.
• Elevate feedback from LOBs to inform enterprise program evolution.
• Propose enhancements to enterprise talent solutions for better value.
• Collaborate with CoE to optimize rollout and ongoing talent program performance.
