Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to drive campus and internal talent acquisition, representing the team at on-campus events and building the employer brand through engaging interactions.

You will partner with senior leaders to source, screen, and recruit top internal talent for a variety of roles, while maintaining a strong regional and local talent pipeline and meeting aggressive hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience in high-volume production recruiting.
• Skill in behavioral, situational and/or competency-based interviewing.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates for exempt roles via cold calls, networking, and resume review.
• Source and maintain a robust pipeline for local and national positions.
• Interview applicants to validate work history, education, and salary requirements.
• Meet internal metrics for outreach, submissions, interviews, and hires.
• Represent the company at campus events and career fairs.
• Coordinate interview activity and use online sources and social networks to recruit.
• Maintain awareness of employment laws and company policies.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
