Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to drive regional hiring with urgency and quality. You will manage job openings, triage urgent requests, and remove roadblocks to keep sourcing momentum.

You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, deliver a smooth candidate experience, and continuously improve recruiting processes, ATS workflows, and campus partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role.

Responsibilities
