Job summary

Risus Talent Partners LLC is seeking a motivated Associate to join a remote recruiting team transforming talent solutions with a fun culture. You will own prescreening, sourcing, and administrative support, and earn a base salary plus commission.

You’ll use LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to build pipelines, conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of recruiting experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 1–2 years recruiting or related experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Prescreen candidates via phone/video to assess qualifications and fit
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other tools
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate notes and records in candidate-tracking tools
