Job summary

Hytorc is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Service, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Administrative, Accounting, Engineering and more. You will source candidates, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and manage ATS records to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role involves posting jobs, coordinating with hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding and offer processes for domestic and international positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR, business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in recruiting, staffing, or related roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for multiple departments.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and databases.
• Review resumes and screen candidates to qualify against requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screenings to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and other systems.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Facebook and other sources.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding docs and reference checks.
• Support recruiting events and program improvements.
