Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage top talent using Boolean, social media, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
• Screen candidates for skills and culture fit; facilitate structured interviews.
• Support offers and negotiations aligned with compensation benchmarks.
• Contribute to diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence.
