Job summary

Embrace is hiring a Talent Partner to support hiring and people initiatives across the US, Canada, and India in a remote role. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and share market insights to guide hiring decisions.

You will strengthen engagement, talent management, and onboarding for new acquisitions, using Zoho Recruit and Zoho People to keep pipelines accurate and reports current across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for North American roles (US and/or Canada) as well as India.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS (Zoho Recruit and Zoho People preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills, including advanced LinkedIn search.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to engage with senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Full-cycle recruitment across US, Canada, and India; build pipelines; screen candidates; coordinate interviews; maintain ATS health.
• Employee Engagement: Support surveys and engagement programs; drive action plans with managers.
• Talent Management: Support performance reviews; help with learning and career paths; assist internal mobility.
