Qrata is hiring a Talent Partner for the US market to act as a strategic advisor to clients and candidates, driving end-to-end recruiting. You will build Role DNA profiles and refine AI-generated scorecards to match client requirements, guiding candidates through the hiring journey.

The role is fully remote, supporting U.S.-based clients, with standard U.S. business hours. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams across time zones to deliver hiring excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience supporting U.S.-based clients or roles (agency, RPO, or in-house).
• Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging U.S.-based candidates in tech, SaaS, or professional services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with U.S. hiring managers to understand goals, team dynamics, and success metrics.
• Conduct phone/video pre-screens to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit for U.S.-based roles.
• Score candidates against Role DNA and provide data-backed hiring recommendations to clients.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing coordination, offers, reference checks, onboarding.
