Source is building the AI-native HR function for a high-growth construction tech company. We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to own talent decisions, coach managers, and shape onboarding, performance, and employee relations across a fully remote US team.

You’ll partner with leaders on compensation decisions, design interview processes, and implement AI-assisted recruiting while upholding US employment law and rigorous documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as an HRBP or senior HR Generalist with judgment calls.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience with compelling job descriptions and structured interviews.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and separations; working knowledge of US employment law.
• Ability to coach hiring managers in real time with actionable feedback.
• Excellent writing and communication; build trust across all levels.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted recruiting and HR tools; know when to override AI.
