Cast AI is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to fuel our fast-growing SaaS business. You’ll collaborate with leaders in Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing to source great people and build strong teams across EMEA, AMER and APAC.

The role emphasizes AI-powered sourcing, structured interviewing, and a scalable hiring process in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. You’ll work with a small, high-performing People team in a company that reached unicorn status and values

Qualifications

• 4+ years in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Data and GTM roles internationally.
• Proficient with modern ATS and AI-assisted sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across Tech and GTM to translate needs into recruiting strategy.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment through offer stage.
• Leverage diverse sourcing tools, including AI-powered solutions, across global markets.
• Advise teams on structured interviewing and candidate experience.
• Help build scalable hiring processes and stay ahead of trends.
