Source is a remote-first, AI-native tech platform redefining how the built world comes together. The HR Business Partner will own people decisions, partner with leaders, and shape hiring, onboarding, and performance programs to scale a high-growth team in the United States.

You’ll design AI-assisted recruiting workflows, coach managers through complex personnel decisions, and ensure compliant, equitable people practices while building a culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist with decision-making responsibility.
• Full-cycle recruiting including writing job descriptions and structured interview processes.
• Hands-on experience with employee relations, performance management, and separations, with knowledge of US employment law.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and interviewers in real time.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to build trust across all levels.
• AI-native: comfortable using AI-assisted recruiting and HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Define role profiles, write JD and interview plans to attract candidates.
• Set sourcing strategy with outbound and inbound channels.
• Design AI-assisted screening processes with balanced human judgment.
• Make calls on candidate progression, especially for senior roles.
• Coach interviewers and ensure structured, fair interviews.
• Oversee candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Shape onboarding and training frameworks for new hires.
• Guide 30/60/90-day reviews and spot early retention risks.
• Support integration of hires joining Source via acquisitions.
• Advise on compensation, promotion, and leveling within the framework.
• Escalate sensitive employee relations cases with discretion.
