Managed.com, the company behind HostPapa and other brands, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across functions and countries, guiding managers and keeping candidates informed throughout the process.

Join a remote-first, AI-forward team and help scale recruitment as the company grows, reporting to the Director of People & Culture. Prior international recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years independently managing full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles.
• Translate hiring manager requests into clear selection criteria and practical search plans.
• Maintain organized processes and communicate with candidates and managers across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, criteria, compensation range and interview plan.
• Manage multiple searches across technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, and job postings.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates against criteria.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate offers with managers and People Operations, and enable onboarding handover.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and report progress.
• Improve recruiting workflows and templates, using AI to assist sourcing and drafting with human review.
• Support additional projects as needed to meet team goals.
