Job summary

Normal Computing is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to own and scale our global recruiting engine. You will manage Ashby, maintain data integrity, and build automated scheduling flows to support world-class hiring across hardware, software, and AI.

You’ll partner with the Head of Talent to optimize recruiting workflows, deliver dashboards, and enable interviewers with standardized processes across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent operations or advanced coordination in fast-scaling tech environments.
• Hands-on experience administering ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Ability to build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports.
• Strong data literacy and ability to communicate insights to leadership.
• Interest in automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby admin: permissions, pipelines, templates, scheduling rules and integrations.
• Ensure candidate data integrity and privacy compliance across US and global applicants.
• Build recruiting dashboards and deliver data-backed insights for hiring SLAs.
• Governing AI tools, scheduling logic, and low-code integrations to reduce admin overhead.
• Standardize interview loops, scorecards, and Notion docs for hiring practices.
• Coordinate posting distribution across US, Europe, and APAC markets.
• Partner with Head of Talent on headcount planning and strategic projects.
• Provide interview coordination support during spikes (15–20%).
