Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a results-driven Talent Operations Leader to scale recruitment globally with AI and automation. You will own our TA tech stack, lead a small global team, and design processes that keep hiring efficient across time zones.

You will automate manual workflows, build dashboards with your data mindset, and partner with Legal, People, Finance and IT to ensure compliant, high-quality offers and onboarding. This role is based in Raleigh, NC with global scope.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations at a fast-growing tech company.
• Deep hands-on ATS experience and admin configuring workflows, reports, integrations.
• Love of technology and automation to remove manual work.

Responsibilities

• Own the TA tech stack end to end and optimize tool adoption.
• Automate manual workflows and build AI-powered processes.
• Partner with People, Legal, Finance and IT on offers and contracts.
• Lead and develop the Talent Operations team across time zones.
