Job summary

Talkdesk is seeking a dynamic leader to own our TA tech stack and drive automation across recruiting workflows globally. You will lead a small, distributed team, optimize Greenhouse and GoodTime configurations, and partner with data to build actionable dashboards on pipeline health and time to fill.

You will coach Talent Operations Coordinators, design scalable processes across time zones, and ensure compliant, efficient offer management and onboarding in multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations, recruiting systems or people analytics at a fast-growing tech company, including experience leading a team.
• Deep, hands-on ATS experience, ideally as a Greenhouse admin configuring workflows, permissions, reports and integrations.
• Love of technology and automation, with experience using integrations, no-code tools or AI to remove manual work.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, automated reports) and BI dashboards; SQL a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing offers and employment documentation, including letters, contracts and onboarding handoffs.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and country-specific hiring compliance.
• Commercial judgment with experience evaluating HR tech vendors and using data to justify decisions.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries.
• Strategic, independent mindset with ability to form recommendations and present to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the TA tech stack end to end: Greenhouse, GoodTime, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, CoderPad, and their Workday integrations.
• Automate manual, repetitive work through workflows, integrations and AI to improve efficiency.
• Partner with people data to define metrics and build dashboards for pipeline health, time to fill, offers and recruiter capacity.
• Lead, coach and develop Talent Operations Coordinators handling requisition and offer approvals, scheduling and onboarding handoffs.
• Standardize recruiting processes and train recruiters and hiring managers on tools and processes.
