• Coordinate delivery of talent management and development programs across business units globally.
• Develop and implement processes, programs and systems to support talent management strategy.
• Organize, track and facilitate project activities with stakeholders to deliver requirements.
• Administer talent management programs including deliverables, reports and learning materials.
• Serve as a key contact for business, addressing questions in a timely, professional manner; liaise with vendors.
