Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management or learning and development.
- Experience designing for in-person, virtual, and online formats.
- Experience facilitating in virtual and in-person environments.
- Experience managing complex learning experiences with multiple projects.
- Experience consulting with senior stakeholders to identify development needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve global Talent Lab development experiences across multiple locations.
- Shape enterprise talent priorities into development strategies and practical tools.
- Design and facilitate live experiences (in-person and virtual) across AI, leadership, and media topics.
