Job summary

Mary Kay Global is seeking a seasoned Talent & Organization Development Program Manager to lead global talent initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness. You will design, implement and optimize programs including 360 assessments, succession planning, and leadership development across regions.

You will collaborate with HR technology, manage budgets, and mentor HRBPs while using data analytics to demonstrate impact and guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in human resources, organization development or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, psychology, business or related field required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and implements global talent and OD programs aligned to business goals.
• Partner with HR tech teams to deliver user-friendly talent platforms and dashboards.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships for talent initiatives.
• Mentor HRBPs and cross-functional teams on program development and execution.
• Measure program impact using analytics and feedback to drive improvements.
