Job summary

Jane Street in New York is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Development Specialist to join our Talent Development team. You will help organize and run global early career programs for new hires straight from university, and support education offerings for our full‑time employees across departments.

You will work closely with program stakeholders in Trading, HR and other areas to plan and execute high‑priority global training programs, from shaping strategy and daily tasks to providing on‑site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 1-3 years in HR or talent development.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage large programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Analytical thinker comfortable with data analysis and interpretation.
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Organize and run global early career programs and support education offerings.
Plan and execute global training programs with stakeholders across Trading, HR, and other areas.
Step in as on-site point of contact to support participants and programs.
Prepare and analyze evaluation data and feedback to identify improvements.
Respond to employee queries and route to appropriate team members.
