Qualifications

• Ten (10) years' experience in learning strategy, talent development, workforce capability building or related HR experience in a global organization.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs across diverse employee populations (e.g., frontline, operational, corporate).
• Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive learning programs across FedEx functions.
• Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance in designing, implementing, and administrating learning programs aligned with FedEx standards.
• Review learner program effectiveness through performance metrics and data analytics.
• Serve as escalation point for learning challenges with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
