Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise Executive Join & Grow strategy across recruiting, onboarding, development, and succession.
• Forecast talent supply and demand using market benchmarks and business strategy to inform sourcing and recruiting.
• Design and deliver enterprise leadership development strategies for executives (Director and above).
• Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles; ensure ready-now and future-ready benches.
• Support performance tracking and reporting across the executive lifecycle.
• Provide trusted advisory on executive talent decisions including hiring, promotions, and transitions.
• Serve as senior escalation point for Executive Join & Grow challenges across global teams.
