Federal Express Corporation seeks a senior Learning & Development leader to design and deliver scalable learning programs across functions, partner with HR and business leaders, and drive continuous improvement using data analytics.
Must have a decade of global L&D experience, strong strategy and cross-functional collaboration skills, and expertise in LMS and enterprise learning technologies.
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of FedEx's global Grow program, ensuring scalable, high-impact learning experiences that support frontline, operational, and corporate employees. Act as a key partner to HR and business leaders to align learning strategies with enterprise priorities, operational excellence, and workforce capability needs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Ten (10) years' experience in learning strategy, talent development, workforce capability building or related HR experience in a global organization
Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs across diverse employee populations (e.g., frontline, operational, corporate)
Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide L&D initiatives
Expertise in learning strategy, program design, and large-scale delivery within complex, global organizations
Proven experience leading L&D initiatives in operationally intensive environments (e.g., logistics, supply chain, frontline workforce)
Strong ability to align learning programs with business strategy and workforce capability needs
Experience with digital learning platforms, and enterprise learning technologies
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
